Resolute Property Works has acquired the skills and expertise to build tracks through years of working with other track builders, riding, racing, maintaining, and constructing tracks. We perform each step of the project from initial layout, to clearing land (if necessary), to creating drainage ponds, to shaping jump faces and track obstacles. Once we have received all the required site information, understand your desires, and what will be using the track, we draw up a track layout including; jumps, whoops, corners, rhythm sections, and more. Once you have received our proposal, changes can be made if necessary, and then we proceed with building your track.

 We always work with the material and natural terrain available on your property as hauling in 10,000+ yards of dirt is not economical. It is always our goal to build perfect drainage and grading for each track we build, but due to the nature of the extreme grades required, it is not always possible. We would like to address a common misconception about having your own track built. Maintenance- A track is not a once-and-done project. It is one of the most expensive things you can build on your property. Regular maintenance is required due to the elements eroding the track surface away. If you have the equipment, ability, and time, it will be significantly cheaper and more fun for you to maintain it yourself. IF you have to pay us to maintain it, that will become very expensive. All that being said, having a track can be a source of fun unlike anything else. They are great fun and great memories for family, friends, and business meetings or retreats.
